Terms of service.

Written by a human, kept short on purpose. Engagements are governed by a signed statement of work; these terms cover the website and the defaults.

1 · The website

Content on motionexalabs.com — field notes, the sample audit, checklists — is provided for general information. The sample audit is a clearly-labeled demonstration specimen, not a representation of results for any named company. We work to keep everything accurate and dated, but generative engines change weekly and nothing here is a promise about their future behavior.

2 · Services and deliverables

Paid work is defined by a statement of work (SOW) sent before any invoice. Audit deliverables (prompt logs, scorecards, source maps, worksheets) become the client's property on payment. Our methodology, templates and tooling remain ours.

3 · No outcome guarantees

We cannot and do not guarantee that any AI engine will cite, rank, or describe your brand in any particular way — no honest practitioner can. The founding-client guarantee is an evidence guarantee, stated on the pricing page: if the audit fails to surface at least ten buyer prompts where competitors are cited and you are not, the audit fee is refunded.

4 · Payment

Audits are invoiced 100% up front; monthly engagements are invoiced at the start of each month. Invoices are payable within 7 days. White-label work is invoiced to the agency, which remains responsible for its own client relationships and pricing.

5 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the website or services is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by third-party AI systems.

6 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of Mysuru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands.

7 · Changes

We may revise these terms; the effective date above moves when we do. Material changes affecting active clients are notified by email.
