Privacy, in plain language.

The short version: this site runs no analytics, sets no cookies, and collects nothing except what you type into the intake form or an email.

What we collect

If you submit Intake Form 7-A, we receive exactly the fields you filled in: company, website, category, stage, optional competitor/prompt notes, your name, and your email. The form is delivered to our inbox (hello@motionexalabs.com) by the site's mail handler. There is no database on this server retaining your submission.

What we don't collect

No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no cookies, no third-party fonts or CDNs phoning home — every asset on this site is self-hosted. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and capacity purposes, as virtually all web hosts do.

How we use it

To reply to you, run the spot check you asked for, and — if you become a client — to do the work. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for. If you want your correspondence deleted, email us and it will be removed from our mailbox and files within 30 days.

Client materials

Audit transcripts, scorecards and worksheets produced for a client belong to that client. We publish before/after results only with written approval, or anonymized beyond recognition (e.g. "a seed-stage devtools company"). That policy is contractual, not just a webpage promise.
